Parrotel Lagoon Waterpark Resort

The hotel is very dated. The room all need updating. Europeans eat in a separate restaurant to the Russians but the food is pretty much the same. The food was very repetitive and always luke warm or cold. Not all Europeans live on chips and chicken but that's what's offered nearly everyday. The porridge at breakfast looked like it wasn't cooked. The only thing that made the holiday was the staff who were always helpful and happy.

Great hotel. Room a bit dated and bathrooms need updating too. Staff here are fabulous, they can not do enough. Ahmed in the restaurant and by the pool. great and the pool waiter, Besho... Was amazing. Thank you Besho for your fabulous service and the icecream too!!

We wanted to take a moment to highly commend Abdullah for the phenomenal service he provided during our recent dinners. Every time we visited, he looked after both my friend and me with genuine care and enthusiasm. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our entire experience. We especially appreciated his communication—his English is absolutely 10/10, making ordering and conversation seamless and enjoyable. It made a real difference in how much we enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Abdullah, for always making us feel so welcome!

Abdullah is so professional and I have seen him welcome everybody and chat to the guests as well as us . He knows how to take care of customers very well. His English is very good , he came just to our table like 3 times to make sure we were okay and has also advised us which places we could visit in Sharm. Overall my visit has been amazing here. People are so friendly. I would highly recommend

Amazing stay with my kids. Great time of the year for taking plenty of sunshine and pool fun in June. Nice big bedroom however bathroom was bit dated. Repetitive food but the quality was good.Their staff was so welcoming in the restaurant always getting table ready for us. Night entertainment was okay. Their outdoor kids pools used to be dirty at times. We had to tell staff to clean it. Kid’s loved spending time in the pool. Pool side bar was also good with plenty of drinks and some snack options most of the time. They need more life guards as there were some incidents during our stay. Ahmed Hadidi was very accommodating when we paid for late check he extended it further so we could check out closer to our departure time. We were able to use all the facilities in that time including meal. 🙂

Landed after midnight and could n t get a drink from the bar.We were put in a dirty room.It overlooked the main highway opposite the speed bumps where wagon brakes screeched all night. At the welcome meeting ,we were offered two upgraded rooms and we picked one with a bath and two showers overlooking the kids pools.The guests were mostly Russian and arabs.not many Europeans. The restaurant was very big and there was a good selection of food available. We were later invited to a smaller one which was mainly used by Europeans. The staff were very good and helpfull.Waiters constantly served drinks with a smile.Room cleaners worked very hard.The rooms were in need of refurbishment and the bathrooms were really poor.Pools were good with many lifeguards,Kids had their own seperate pools.Water park was big and had a snack bar but did nt serve beer.The beach was at a sister hotel and a coach drives there and back all day.Beach had shallow water but was rocky and footwear is advsed.A long pier took you to deep water for swimming. The guest coordinator, Lucy was lovely and with her lady assistant, sorted out problems and gave advice,They worked long hours and were always on hand to help.The hotel has many bars serving spirits,cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks.They only have small glasses and I d advise you to bring your own large plastic glasses.There are many cracked and broken floor tiles and some of the stairs are filthy.A deep clean is required.Loud boom boom music gets played all day round the pool.They are also in the planes flight path and a plane passes over every 10 minutes day and night.100 m above you.

I thought the staff were fantastic. The hotel and room were fine. I thought the food was dreadful. Having paid for all inclusive, l thought being asked to pay extra for fruit juice and ice cream was terrible. Also l got back about 10.00pm from an excursion, there was no food served after 9.30pm, this has never happened to me before on an all inclusive package

We had a wonderful stay at the Parrotel lagoon. There are wonderful staff that make the trip Special. Including Yousef, Abdullah, Rizk, Ahmed and the housekeeper for room 1114. They really looked after us. Thank you, we will be back!

this place is beautiful i had a great stay at the hotel abdula and yousef where amazing and kind they made my stay even better
