• Some of the food was good, though not all of it (breakfast was the most disappointing). • Pool area had a nice vibe, music, and plenty of sunbeds. • Some staff were friendly and welcoming. • Free shuttle to the beach.

• Room was dirty—bathroom and bed sheets had stains, shower grimy. • Some staff lacked boundaries. • Rooms are outdated and need renovation. • Check-in was frustrating—staff claimed we hadn’t paid, and we had to wait around 40 minutes before getting our room. • Pool towels were stained. • Alcohol was watered down. • Wi-Fi was very weak everywhere, especially in the room. • Overall, not good value for money.

I'd like to express my deepest appreciation to lifeguard Mohamed, who works at the pool. He's incredibly helpful, always friendly, and always smiling. He professionally ensures the safety and comfort of everyone using the pool. His warmth and positive attitude make every visit to the pool a pleasure. Mohamed is a true gem—ohhh and ahh, make you want to come back! Thank you, thank you Mohamed, for your work🙏❤️

Food was very bad. Not for the English tourists. Also, it is definitely not a 5 star more like a 3 star

The worst holiday I’ve ever been on. I looked to stay at a different hotel on the second day and unfortunately it was fully booked so we had to stay in this awful place. Massive resort but half of it is abandoned and empty. 31 water slides?? More like 9. No matter how much bug spray you put on you’ll still be covered in bites. The food is a solid 3/10. The rooms are awful. Told reception our curtain was broken and they said they would send someone to fix it yet days later unfixed. Cold showers. The entertainment is so loud and can be heard throughout the resort and doesn’t stop until around 11:30pm and then live music until 1/2am. So no sleep was had. The staff are 99% men. If you don’t tip them they won’t bother getting you drinks even if you ask nicely. The whole place is extremely dated. Also having to pay for the Italian restaurant even though the food was awful and same food you get in the buffet? WiFi doesn’t work properly either. Genuinely thought we were going to have a nice relaxing holiday in a 5 star hotel and we’ve had the worst time. Other hotel fully booked so couldn’t move there and the flights home were way too expensive. Couldn’t wait to leave. The cleaners were awful too. No cleaning was done in the rooms they only emptied your bins. Would never ever come here again.

Currently staying here and having great time. Mohammed the lifeguard at the pool by the snack bar is amazing. Made us feel so welcome and very friendly. Ahmed the barman at the snackbar is also very friendly and makes great drinks x

Had a fantastic time , special thank you to Mario on the entertainment team , made our stay so fun and extra special, the kids had a great time and everyone was so accommodating and helpful , can't thank you all enough for a perfect winter break , see you soooon
