Large green area with a lake, and no mosquitoes. Polite staff. Nice view from the room. Many swimming pools. Большая зелёная территория с озером, при этом нет комаров. Вежливый персонал. Вид из номера. Много бассейнов.

Old room and furniture. No hot water in the evening. Limited and repetitive food selection. Water is only available from dispensers in the dining area and bars. The coffee is not good. No fruit plate was provided upon arrival, unlike in other hotels.Старый номер и мебель в нём. Вечером нет горячей воды в номере. Скудный выбор еды, повторяющейся при этом. Вода только на разлив в столовой и барах. Кофе невкусный. Не принесли тарелку с фруктами при заезде, как это принято в других отелях.

The staff were very friendly and always went out of their way for us. Always happy to see us and talk to us. Special thank you to the staff around the pool (Mufasa) and all of the guys serving us from the bar. They were kept very busy with us because the cup sizes are very small so the drink orders had to be huge. The waterpark was good fun and also the rooms were a decent size (we did have to get the electrics repaired at the start but after it was smooth sailing. There are lots of excursions available at the hotel, they prefer to use Sun Tours as they are fully insured. We used that tour operator for the Dolphins, Dessert Safari, and white island boat trip. All very worth doing. There are other operators walking around in the grounds. I booked the diving with Timo which was also very good and would recommend.

The internet is absolutely shocking at this place. Good in reception but that is about it. There was no good way to contact your family and friends in other rooms and also find the kids if they are off playing. This I would say needs urgent attention. There are a lot of pigeons around the hotel, and there are a lot of bird droppings, though more problematic were the baby pigeons falling out of the roof ledges where there are nests and us having to dispose of them as they'd died. Spikes around the hotel would solve this. The food was a bit samey samey and the main dining hall is a bit of a crazy free for all. Many Russian people pushing in front of you. However there is a smaller dining area that is a lot more peaceful and civilised though the choice is less. The food could be improved really though it is doable. Last thing is the size of the cups and the quality of the alcohol. Seems the alcohol is very watered down and found we could drink silly amounts without it doing much, plus the cup sizes are tiny. I found myself ordering 4 drinks at a time which would equate to around 1/2 a pint. People were buying cups from the shop which costs £5 per cup. The shops are crazily overpriced too. If you need anything, get it from outside and bring it in.
