Крайне разочарованы проживанием в этом отеле. С самого начала столкнулись с грязью и поломанной мебелью. Номера старые, убитые, везде волосы, ощущение полной антисанитарии. Шкафчики держатся буквально «на честном слове». Постель при заселении пахла потом, что просто недопустимо для отеля. Еда в ресторане невкусная и однообразная. Отдельная история — бар. Бармены реагируют только тогда, когда видят деньги. Пока не заплатили — нас просто игнорировали, даже не слушали, какие коктейли мы заказываем. После оплаты пару раз принесли напитки, угощали, а затем снова перестали обращать внимание — бармен даже не смотрел в нашу сторону. Алкоголь крайне низкого качества — создаётся впечатление, что виски и ром разбавлены до 10–12 градусов, пить это неприятно и небезопасно. Общее впечатление — грязь, равнодушие персонала и полное несоответствие нормальному уровню сервиса. Категорически не рекомендую. Если хотите испортить себе отдых — вам сюда.

Servis garsonlar berbat. Booking bizim gece gırısımıze tamam derken resepsiyon bizi gece lobide yatırdı. Mohammed bizi bebegımızle ortada bıraktı odası olmasına ragmen.otelın yemekleri berbat. Ac kalıyorsunuz. Turk gecesi gibi Bı gece guzeldı orda doyduk. Baharatlı ve yaglı yemekler.ıcecekler berbat asıtsız kola VS. Hep aynı meyve suyu. Su 4 dolar. Denız cok uzak ve kotu giremezsiniz.

This is the third time we’ve been, mohamad is amazing and always helpful. Has sun loungers and towels ready every day for us. Makes sure we always have drinks and everything we need. Very helpful and makes it a lovely experience for us all :)

He professionally ensures the safety and comfort of everyone using the pool. His warmth and positive attitude make every visit to the pool a pleasure. First of all, I am not a picky person. I only care about the basic things. However, in this hotel, I would say even the basics are missing. I truly don’t understand how it has such high ratings – they really mislead people. Realistically, even for someone who isn’t demanding, this hotel deserves no more than 3 stars. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it 6–7, and that’s for a non-picky guest. The only genuinely good thing was the room – renovated, clean, and comfortable, but we had to pay extra for it upon arrival. I don’t know what the other rooms look like. Everything else is a disappointment. The sea is cold at the end of November, the pools are not heated, beer is often unavailable, and the bartenders seem unmotivated. After 12 PM alcohol becomes paid despite the hotel being “all inclusive.” This is the first time I see something like this – if you offer an all-inclusive service, why is everything limited? It seems like there isn’t a single European manager who understands what tourists actually need. Everything is always lacking – a bit here, a bit there, but never enough. For example, how hard is it to provide popcorn? It costs almost nothing, even in Europe, and should be included here. But nobody cares. Even some simple snacks next to basic alcohol would already make a big difference. The evening shows are very poor – just a small stage and a few chairs. Only around 15 people sit down, others just walk by because there is nothing interesting to watch. After midnight the beer becomes paid, there are no snacks, and the food selection is extremely limited. Yes, sometimes there are a few hot dishes, but far from what you expect. When you think about it, even the 7 out of 10 rating feels too high. There is one positive thing – at night they actually serve food, not just sandwiches with cheap cheese, but real leftovers from dinner. So even at midnight you can find roasted chicken or other dishes. But besides that, everything else is very weak. I can say that even for someone who isn’t picky, this hotel is poor. I don’t recommend it to anyone. It’s a shame the rating is so misleading. I’ve travelled a lot and have plenty to compare with. Sorry, but this is my honest opinion.
