Yousef at the main pool is fab he plays and interacts with the kids and makes sure you are looked after he doesn’t expect anything from you!! Highly recommend the hotel and the staff tell yousef Louise said hi 👋

Stayed for 7 days and had the best time the staff here are fantastic, they are all so polite friendly and welcoming and make a big deal of making kids have fun and feel at ease.. And by far our favourite staff member was the bar manager Besho Namer who made the holiday extra special from the moment we arrived he made it his goal to make sure we had the best time. He was always doing rounds making sure myself wife and kids had drinks and if he saw me at the bar he would send me back to my seat and personally bring them absolute amazing guy thank you

Lovelly hotel had an amazing week here. Quick transfer from the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. The aqua park is good fun with a wide array of slides for all ages. The wifi is for the most park good but can drop off in rooms. The re stocking of toilet rolls and towels was a bit poor but those are the only negatives I had. The food was great and always had a different option. The pools are a good temperature.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the waterpark was close by and easily accessible,pool was big and towels were always available

Bedding was dirty and smelt sweaty, towels in room wasn't always enough

لم يعجبني شيئ الفندق ليس نظيف والغرف ليست نظيفه الريسبشن ليس نظيف طاقم الاستقبال ليسو بجيدين سوء الاستقبال عمال النظافه ليسو بجيدين الغرف دائما متسخه لا يوجد مناشف على مدار يومين لم يكن ليدهم مناشف لا يوجد ماء ساخن والماء ضعيفه جدا جدا الحمام يصبح بركة سباحه بعد الاستحمام فريق الفعاليات ضعيف فوق ما تتصورون لا يوجد ترفيهات ولا برامج في اليل كان كل شيئ ممل للغايه العاملين في البار يعملون من دون شغف عند البركه لا يسالون اذا انت محتاج لشيئ الفندق بعيد في منطقه مقطوعه لا يوجد تاكس الاكوا بارك بعيد جدا بالمختصر هذا الفندق لاااااا يهمه الزبائن ولا انصح في الذهاب الى هذا الفندق
