Nicely decorated, very clean, super quiet, good starting point to many hiking trails and the National Park, comfortable parking

Staff was very nice, property was very nice.

Warning!! We've never been lied to and cheated so directly to our faces. When we arrived, it smelled like a fish kitchen of fried fish and loud music was blaring from the family who lives in the same building. We asked our contact by email if we could shorten our stay, if he would be willing to give a refund, and if we could possibly change rooms due to the unpleasant smell (even after 20 minutes with the door and balcony door open, the smell was still unbearable). He offered us another room, which we gratefully accepted. We packed our bags and came back to ask if there was anything else he wanted to do. He looked at us so angrily with a look that said: What do you still want here, get out of here. He offered to refund 50% of the price for the two nights we wanted to leave early because we didn't feel comfortable. We thanked him and made the request via Booking, as he had expressly requested. He declined. We contacted him, made another suggestion, and received no response. We made a second request through Booking, which he again rejected. He also refuses to respond to Booking itself, which we asked for help. He was no longer reachable, and we have never seen our money again.

When we couldn't stay inside Bryce Canyon Park, we looked for alternate accommodations outside the park and the town of Tropic was the best choice. It was a quick 10 miles to the park. This place fit our needs but we were in Unit #3 and there were stairs to the second floor. This is fine for us but maybe not for others. The room was cozy and clean with a small balcony. A couple of restaurant options closeby.

Quiet and peaceful

The room was modern, bathroom was well equiped, bed was comfortable. Enough parking, and the neighbourhood was calm. Well located to visit the Bryce Canyon NP. The town had enough food options for a few nights.

We found a half-empty water bottle in the room, and some hair on the bed. But this was still fine. The thing we did not appreciate was the noise from our upstairs neighbours.. we could hear EVERY step, every WC flush, everything.. If you can, stay in the top-floor rooms.
