A darling place tucked against the pink mountains of Bryce. It was so quiet, the kind of silence you can feel in a good way. There were animal noises, horses, birds and some dogs but we all loved that, sitting on the balconies just soaking it in. The beds were comfy and decorated really cute. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The breakfast they offer at the sister property was absolutely amazing! Probably one of the best meals we had the entire trip.

I honestly don’t have any complaints. I would only mention if you’re a coffee first thing in the morning person be sure to request a coffee make as they don’t have them in the rooms. I travel with a little portable kettle and instant coffee so that worked for us. But again the communication about it was great so I knew what to expect.

Beautiful setting with mountain view. Close to town so easy access to restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and the bathroom was huge! Beds were comfortable. Property was nice and well maintained.

Upstairs clients were very noisy past 10:00 pm and we could hear everything. Had no face-to-face interaction with any staff members during our stay. When I called to confirm payment, person that answered said “hello” as though I was contacting their personal cell phone. A bit disconcerting as I felt like I was intruding on their time. If we wanted coffee early morning, had to ask for a coffee pot to be brought to the room. Biggest disappointment was we had to PAY EXTRA for breakfast! We’ve stayed at B&B’s all over the country and this was a first. And it wasn’t disclosed in the booking. Even with that we would’ve considered it but breakfast wasn’t served until 8:45-9:30 am. We were heading to Zion NP, so had to leave well before then. I’m assuming other travelers would do the same. Should be taken into consideration by host.

Very clean and cozy private room with bathroom. Location is great, sitting a few minutes from a basic general store and restaurant, and within short drive to Bryce Canyon NP! Owner communicated with us throughout the rental process and was quick to help us out when we needed an extra supply of toilet paper.

We stayed in Unit 2 on the ground floor. The unit was modern, clean and very quiet (located in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the residential area close to the elementary school). The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Communication was via email and very timely and responsive. Given the other options available in Tropic, we felt for us this was the best choice and we would stay here again.

In room coffee was only available upon request. The room heating/air conditioning was part of the central system controlled at the host residence. There was an auxiliary fan unit in the room for supplemental heat/air conditioning. In fairness to the hosts, they encouraged guests to contact the host if rooms were uncomfortable. We did not have any issues with comfort in the unit since we stayed in late Spring. However, smells of cooking from the host residence did travel to the room via the ventilation system and were quite noticeable early in the morning while we were still sleeping (from the smells, it seemed like a hearty breakfast :-).

Nice location to Tropic and Bryce. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Towel rack was broken and we had to ask for our towels. Host said a handyman was coming to fix it but then never came by. It didn’t affect our stay at all however

The room is well maintained, and comfy for us. Very convenience and safe to stay, love to come back again,

The check-in was very easy, using a code. The bed was big and the TV had access to Netflix, YouTube and so on. It is easy to find the location. There are enough parking spaces. The view from the room was beautiful. We were lucky to see some deers at two blocks from the accommodation.

The soundproofing could be better.
