Beautiful small room put together exceptionally well. don’t remember his name but black front deskdude was extremely helpful. I had to leave early on check out but young lady told me I could get b’fast, but I just got a black coffee to go and that was just fine, but just excellent customer service.
Bartender could have had a better attitude.

Great location. The manager went out of her way to change us to a more accessible room since my wife is handicapped. The restaurant was superb and had a marvelous view over the lake.

Great choice of which building to be in: closer to the water or across the street near the fireplace and dining room.
Nice architecture with simple yet tasteful decor. Easy to find and to get to from the ferry from NY

Nice room, great shower, good location near the water and the Hero's Welcome for bike rental! Breakfast service was pretty slow but friendly. We didn't know there would be an additional $49 "resort fee" after we paid on Expedia.
