Service was exceptional, employees were all helpful, had an amazing time a spectacular resort Ahmad Galal the reception manager was always there to ask if I needed anything he was very helpful and took care of everything I requested immediately. If you book at this resort make sure you're dealing with him, he gets everything done fast and swift.... very pleasant individual.

We had a wonderful stay from the very first moment. The reception team welcomed us warmly, and the welcome drink was a very nice touch that immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was perfectly prepared, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, always making sure the room was clean, fresh, and well supplied with all items, thanks to Mr. Ahmad Galal, the Reception and Rooms Manager, who treats hotel guest as if they are his own. The beach atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, with amazing clear turquoise water and a very relaxing setting. The beach team were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, always making sure we had the right umbrella and a comfortable place to enjoy the day. The food was another highlight of the stay. The main restaurant offered excellent quality, delicious dishes, and very good service. The selection was not excessive, but everything was prepared with real taste, care, and professionalism — quality over quantity. We also enjoyed the beach bar very much, especially the amazing jumbo burger sandwich. It was honestly one of the biggest and most delicious real beef burgers I have ever tried. Overall, every day there was something special that impressed us — from the reception, to housekeeping, to the restaurant, snack bar, beach service, and the general atmosphere. A truly excellent experience, and we would definitely visit it again and recommend it for the quality vacation seekers.

The resort captures the peaceful magic of the North Coast, making it an absolute heaven for anyone looking to truly unwind away from the typical noise/density in other north coast villages. The hospitality felt deeply personal and premium where every small detail is taken care of by an incredibly attentive team. The resort also features a dedicated kids area with certain engaging activities that kept my little one entertained, while the beach itself was arguably the calmest and clearest turquoise water along the entire coastline. Definitely would recommend to others and would consider another visit soon!

The staff from managers and crew are exceptional .Mr Ahmed Gallal followed up with us from the day before arrival till leaving ..very polite and proffessional . The restuarant chefs and crew are amazing and helpful ,special thanks to Adel whom gave us few additional kilos due to the amazing food served The housekeeping is at very high level ,rooms are clean and neat always . Beach life guards and special thanks to bouha are very caring Rooms are very good size and the view deserves to travel to . The beach is excellent ,water is clear . Entrance signage is not clear if you are coming driving , Lack of water activities like jetskies and banana boats and other water activities but since place is for relaxation then it is undersood
