방크기는 좋았고, 직원들의 대응은 좋았습니다.

객실관리가 엉망이었습니다. 첫번째 방은 전기콘센트가 전혀 먹히지 않았서 방을 바꿨지만, 두번째 방은 욕실배수구에 물이 새서 바닥으로 흘렀습니다. 그리고 샤워기도 고장나있어서 제대로 쓰지를 못했습니다. 밤에 소음으로 잠도 이루지 못했습니다. 개 짖는 소리는 나를 미치게 만들었다. 소음에 너무 취약합니다. 소음에 민감하다면 이 호텔을 선택하지 말아야한다. 도로소음, 개 짖는 소리, 문 열고닫는 소리까지... 너무 시끄럽다.
