New Mumbul Ubud

I absolutely love this place, it's so perfectly located in the middle of Ubud, you can walk everwhere, yet you feel like you are secluded and away in a little sanctuary here. Second time here and will come back!

I had to request cleaning, wasn't done automatically.

The location of this property is superb! The facilities are complete too, in all rooms. The room and bathroom are spacious. Calm and quiet despite being in the town centre.

We had constant blackouts (power outages) every night during our stay, which lasted two nights. The receptionist was not available for 24 hours, so it was quite hard to get hold of them during the night when the blackout occurred.

The property exactly like the picture on the app, with this price you pay it is beyond my expectations. The location is in the heart of ubud. the facility and amenities are complete, will definitely comeback another time.

The water shower was a little to slow.

Beautiful room and outside area, the bathroom is really big and the terrace is great. Big desk for working. The location is perfect!

They never changed the bedsheets, the pressure on the shower was low and a bit difficult to adjust the temperature

the place is really nice, the rooms are bigger than i thought, both bedroom and bathroom was clean, the staffs are also very friendly. if you are staying in ubud the place is also really strategic, its in the center of the tourism spots so everywhere is a walking length. highly recommend 👍🏼

The staff was kind and accommodating. Excellent location if you want to be close to restaurants and shops. The Ubud Palace was a 5-min walk away.

The bed sheets and towels were heavily stained. Toilet was not clean. No toilet paper available. The tub/shower area was slimy and has mold. Drain was clogged. Weak water pressure. It was a struggle to lock the sliding doors and the bottom part was completely unhinged. There were people smoking at the reception. This place is probably okay if you aren't a picky solo traveler. Definitely not suitable for kids.
