Pickalbatros Villaggio Resort - Portofino Marsa Alam

La struttura si trova a circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo chiesto un taxi direttamente alla struttura pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo. Il driver è stato puntuale e nella macchina c'era anche il seggiolino per il bambino (come da accordi). Nel villaggio ci sono molte piscine e ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Colazione, pranzo e cena sono serviti a buffet. Consiglio di seguire le serate a tema che cambiano a rotazione ogni sera. Per spostarsi dalla camera oppure da un punto a un altro si può usare la navetta o la golf car. Il mare è stupendo!

Il cibo del ristorante italiano è da migliorare. La culla del bambino non aveva il materasso ma un piumone.

Traveling with my children, it’s always a pleasure to come back—we never get tired of this little slice of paradise. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm welcome, everything is designed for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The food is delicious and varied, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the comfort is present in every detail. What truly makes the difference is the kindness and dedication of the entire staff, who go above and beyond to make every moment special. struttura enorme con tantissime piscine molte delle quali non siamo riusciti nemmeno a visitare. Ogni gruppo di appartamenti ha una piscina quasi privata. Struttura tenuta molto bene e puliti. Staff molto disponibile, gentilissimo Mohammed della reception che ci ha assistito durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Qualità e varietà del cibo abbastanza elevata con tanta scelta. il mare è molto bello e spazioso, hai tanta scelta per dove andare. la barriera corallina bella anche direttamente dall'albergo.

fuori non c'è nulla, ma non c'entra la struttura.

Punto mare stupendo e struttura molto bella con tante piscine e scivoli. Staff gentile e disponibile. Al ristorante Soprano c’era un cuoco Italiano (Francesco) che ci ha salvato per il cibo. Durante tutta la vacanza siamo stati seguiti da Mostafa, sempre disponibile e pronto ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta..

È tutto molto bello. L’unica pecca è il cibo ma credo sia un problema in tutto l’Egitto.. purtroppo noi Italiani siamo abituati ad altri standard di cucina..

The perfect place to wind down: Don't worry about preparing meals, just relax at the beach or one of the many pools and have drinks served to you. We had a great time: The personnel is very friendly and attentive, everything is very clean, and there is a huge choice of restaurants, pools and activities. We appreciated the "don't disturb" flag system that signaled to vendors to come offer their pitch or leave us be.

Next time I won't choose a room "with pool access", since there are pools everywhere anyways and staying in the second floor you won't hear personnel loudly talking or rearranging chairs in front of your room or have a family above you stomp around.
