Tout est vraiment top. Le lieu, le personnel, la chambre, le vaste choix de nourriture, l’accès à la mer, l’Aqua Park.

Even though the hotel has a huge capacity, you never have the feeling it is "full" of tourists. The rooms are very spacious and really comfortable. Water park is great and there are a lot of different pools, some of them heated, others not. It is a big domain, so you do not easily get bored :) Lots of different restaurants and the quality of the food is really good for such a big hotel. Our children also loved the VR Lounge (which I have to admit, I did not expect to find on the property :)) The personnel is also extremely helpful, offering continuous service around the clock. We especially appreciated the help of Alex, who helped us with a reservation in one of the restaurants and was incredibly friendly.

Although the overall quality of the food was really excellent, we were a bit disappointed by the dinner at the Shellfish restaurant. Other than that, everything was really great.

Tutto Perfetto! L accoglienza in particolare un grazie a Mostafa perfetto e puntuale nelle informazioni, le piscine tante mai affollate alcune anche calde, per i miei figli il top sono state l'acqua Park e Virtual Game room, ottimi i ristoranti...tutti Mare fantastico accessibile dalla spiaggia...pulizia top, servizio top.... Unica cosa negativa ma questo vale su tutti i villaggi in Egitto anche al rinomato Rixos di Sharm El Sheikh dove ho soggiornato 2 anni fa...o come in Oman lo scorso anno..... scordatevi vini, cocktail e dolci... nulla da fare... se uno compra un "all inclusive" su questo dovete migliorare..... soprattutto se lavorate con molti turisti europei e soprattutto italiani su queste tre cose non ci siamo proprio...dovete dare vini di qualità anche media qualità italiana ma italiana, i cocktail sono troppo annacquati lontanissimi da essere chiamati con i nomi dei cocktail piùconosciuti.... i dolci insapore belli da vedere ma senza sapore...siamo italiani e siamo abituati troppo bene.... ma ne beneficereste anche voi.....per il resto doppio wow... siete bravissimi nei prodotti da forno...ottima scelta per i forni da pizza e pane della Sudforni azienda favolosa di Napoli che solo in uno dei sette ristoranti ne ho visti 3 modello Opale.. un bravo anche sulla pasta qui avete fatto passi da gigante........lo shuttle dello hotel da e per l' aeroporto troppo costoso!!! su booking l'ho pagato meno della metà..

Vini pessimi Cocktail pessimi Dolci senza gusto shuttle da per aereoporto troppo costoso. Tanta animazione per i piccoli poco ritrovo per gli adolescenti
