La atención fue impecable y muy profesional. Quiero destacar a Reham, quien fue extremadamente atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en recepción, haciendome sentir siempre bienvenido durante mi estadía. El hotel es muy limpio, bien cuidado y con excelentes instalaciones. El desayuno fue muy bueno, variado y con excelente calidad. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel y volvería a alojarme ahí sin duda alguna.

We were very happy when we entered the hotel, but there was a dark-haired, curly-haired gentleman at the reception. Since we didn't speak the language, we were trying to communicate through translation. He was so grumpy and sullen that our mood completely vanished the moment we entered the hotel. It wasn't a good experience for me.
