Azal Pyramids Hotel

We wanted to check in early and Reham at reception was very sweet and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location and you can go everywhere with Uber. Breakfast was sufficient.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent. We had both breakfast and dinner there, and everything we tried was really nice. None of us had any stomach issues during the stay, which made the experience even more relaxing. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful — from the housekeeping staff to the waiters and receptionists. They all genuinely do their best to assist guests and make them feel welcome. One thing I particularly appreciated was how attentive the hotel staff were when transportation arrived for guests. They would often check whether the driver or transport service was reliable to help prevent possible scams. The hotel also offers its own transportation service, and it’s possible to arrange a driver for day trips, which is very convenient. The rooms are slightly older in style, but this didn’t bother us at all. Some parts of the hotel are already being renovated, and despite that everything is kept very clean and tidy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness, great food, and especially the warm and attentive staff made this a very enjoyable place to stay.

Wi-Fi signal was weaker in rooms, which is a bit pity. Also, the sound insulation on the balcony doors is not perfect, so when there are events near the hotel pool you can hear it from the room. However, the hotel makes sure that events end by midnight, so it doesn't become too disruptive.

Nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Taxi service aanwezig. Prima ontbijt. Leuke bar.

Weinig zon op het terras. Opdringerige verkopers in de winkels van het hotel.

El personal muy atento, los encargados de la limpieza, los trabajadores del restaurante, la señorita Reham muy agradable y atenta, en resumen todos muy atentos.

Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel has a nice front lobby area, but the interior is very old and in urgent need of renovation (looks like they are doing it). A lot of dirty places in the room, beddings are old, carpet is not clean, and toilet leaks badly It probably was a great hotel in its glorious old days, but not now.

نظافة الفراش و الحمام قديم و متهالك الفندق قديم و غير نظيف و الاكل سيئ و الموقع فيه تصليحات و الشوارع الي حوله مغلقين و ازعاج المسبح اغاني من الظهر الى الليل ما خلاني انام من الازعاج للاسف
