Nirvana Hotel

I wanted to leave a review after staying here for a week. Choosing a place to stay in Vegas is difficult. I hope this helps others make their choice. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and nice shower with hot water instantly. Only downside is that walls were thin and could hear neighboring room at times. It was easily within walking distance of the Mandalay Bay. There was a security guard overnight, which was great. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff was really nice, they have security waking around so it’s safe & there’s food walking distance plus the rooms were super clean. I had an awesome stay thank you

My legs were very tired and I did not want to walk everywhere and needed to get some work done. It fit the bill for what I needed.

2- floor hotel - better said motel is on the opposite side of the Las Vegas strip in front of Mandalay Bay 5*hotel. So, having feeling like being close to upper class. There are Panda and other chain restaurants nearby.

We booked 5 months in advance for a concert we were attending at the nearby allegiant Stadium. Nirvana is conveniently located for walking over to Allegiant. At the end of the day, we knew we were staying in a motel BnB. And we got a great value, clean comfy room, and great location for a good budget price. It cost a fraction of staying in one of the big Strip hotel/resorts, and is only two blocks south of many of the restaurants on the strip. We had breakfast at the Egg Spot right next day.

The room was pristine, with the only inconveniences being a lack of outlets for charging and lighting over the bed that didn't work. Everything outside of the room had a run-down feel, including the check-in area.

Simple but nice and clean. So close to Allegant! Pretty seedy right outside the hotel but not horrible
