Very clean

I had an absolute amazing and comfortable time during my stay! I was visiting because of work on a solo trip and was pleasantly surprised by the aesthetic of the property and friendliness of every staff member I interacted with. Will certainly book again next time I am back, thank you!

This was a cute BnB. Easy parking. Felt safe. Very friendly host. Very responsive prior to arrival. Clean comfortable room. Very convenient to The Strip.

We took a taxi from the airport. The driver said that he had never heard of the hotel. That was a bit disheartening. Upon arrival, the person at the desk was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. There was coffee in the office with regular and flavored creamer every morning. That was awesome! The room was very clean and the bed and sheets were wonderful. A couple of things. I wish though that there would have been a dresser or somewhere to put my clothes. I also wish that there was a washer and dryer on the property (even if we had to pay for it). We arrived at about 5pm. I was a bit nervous about the area (safety) however, there was a security guard on duty all night. That was awesome! When I got up in the morning, I felt refreshed and walked down to the McDonalds. I felt very safe. We were out and about for most of the days that we were there. We felt so safe! I am very happy that we chose this property. It’s not luxurious however, it was very clean and very comfortable.

If you want quick and easy access to and from your hotel, and have an active dog who needs to get out frequently, the Nirvana is excellent. The rooms are clean and well stocked and the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed our time, away from a lot of the hustle and bustle and traffic.

Clean, comfortable room. Missed a connecting flight, hotel appeared well priced and conveniently located. Good for a single night, no more, in my opinion. Walking distance to the strip, about 15-20 minutes.

Honestly….”A” fort EFFORT but if the rate for a night stay is over $175.00 Nope not good Value. Felt like a Motel being called a Hotel.

This place was amazing! Clean, affordable, easy parking. The concierge was super sweet and even gave us a jump when our battery died on our vehicle. We asked for towels and they brought them in less than 3 minutes! If we ever go back to Vegas, we will stay here again.

Overnight stay for a concert at allegiant stadium, Which was easy walking distance. .8 mile Security presence after midnight return to the room. Would stay again
