HM Alma de Bayahibe - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Subject: Feedback on Room Conditions and Service Experience During my recent stay, I encountered significant issues with the room conditions and the service provided. The first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. I reported the issue, and a repairman arrived approximately an hour later—around 12:30 AM. He made some adjustments to the remote and asked me to wait 10 minutes, assuring me it would start working. Unfortunately, it did not. I called the reception again, but they insisted the repairman claimed the issue was resolved. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to change my room. I was taken to the reception, where I had to wait another 15 minutes while they arranged a new room—by then it was already 1:00 AM, and I had to wake up early at 7:00 AM for an excursion. The second room also had a serious issue: the toilet flush was not working. I had to manually fill the tank with water bottles just to use it. Despite raising the issue, no repair was made, and I had to continue using the toilet in that condition. This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the service quality one expects.

Food at the buffet was 1 star very limited

Staff spoke little to no English. Buffet food was horrible; let open so flies would fly around it and land on it. The room was nice

Nasty

Fantastic hotel with all inclusive food and drinks. Free shuttle to bayahibe beach was convenient and on time. Definitely did not regret staying here. Huge plus was the different pools we could use during our stay, absolutely loved ending the day at one of the pools everyday before dinner with great views! There was also activities throughout the day like water aerobics, yoga and activities at night like dancing, silent party, nightly shows etc. 10/10 highly recommend!!

The best hotel Wander full service

pools and rooms are excellent, but food in restaurant was horrible, food choices were not good at all, beside breakfast as you can't make an omelette bad.

Love the staff so nice and helpful.
