They have some to do every night

This is a very low-budget hotel. At the reception, the service isn't bad, but it's not great either. The employee told you that for $30 more, they could give you a better room. Many rooms have issues with the air conditioners not cooling properly. One guest complained and was moved to four different rooms — in one of them, when they opened the door, there were people already inside. During our stay, pipes burst in three rooms and the guests had to be relocated. The bartenders are not very friendly, and since the drinks are all-inclusive, don’t expect anything good. The Presidente beer is not the same as the one served outside. I imagine they dilute it with CO2 to make it go further — judging by all the foam it gives. The food is the only thing that saves them. Don’t expect any entertainment. If you're looking to rest in a quiet place without noise or bachata music, this might be the place for you.

Pros: Acogedor, fácil de caminar, habitación Junior Suite espaciosa, buffet del desayuno muy bueno, buenas piscinas. Cons: Mattress duro, buffet de almuerzo y cena pueden mejorar, opciones de bebidas limitadas, pocas opciones de restaurantes y el italiano debe mejorar.

Like absence of beach! Food not good

This property is extremely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The salt water pools are fabulous. Such a perfect location. It’s very beautiful. However the food is under mediocre. I could barely eat here. And the service is very poor. They didn’t even offer to help us with our bags to our room. When going to the buffet, you can’t even get a drink served to you. The 2 restaurants(Italian and Dominican) that you make reservations at were good. (Not amazing) but acceptable. The beds are not comfortable, and rooms are not 100% clean. Hair and stuff on floor and in bed sheets. I would come back to this property JUST FOR THE VIEW and POOLS. If they increased their service and got better food this would be a great place to visit and they would make more money.

Excelente relacion precio calidad. Hotel sencillo pero muy confortable, sin espetas. Espacioso, piscinas y reposetas más que suficientes
