Great experience

The only thing that is good about this property is the pool. Food is terrible room is terrible and staff is terrible.

Beautiful

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for the guest to have an enjoyable stay. They offer a romantic breakfast and dinner for special occasions. My boo's birthday was during our trip, and I scheduled a romantic breakfast for us. They set up a romantic breakfast by the water. It was very lovely. Our room was larger than expected. It was almost the size of my 1-bedroom apartment and very clean.

I absolutely love it at this resort. From the moment we checked in the staff was super accommodating and attentive. The food selection was great and many places to eat on the property. This property is super organized and they know how to make your experience a great one. Will definitely come back and stay here again

The property was absolutely beautiful and the pools were lovely to swim in, but they closed at 7 which was too early imo. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The entertainment was great and there were a lot of food options, but unfortunately most were not tasty. Unfortunately the beef was almost always undercooked, but the chicken was always perfect. Overall, I had a great time and the staff and facility was beautiful. Also tons and tons of crabs by the ocean lol!

The resort was great. The room the AC didn't cool the room down. The whole week the fire alarm in the hallway was beeping because the battery need to be replaced. I asked the first desk every day for 6 days and it never stopped beeping or the battery got changed out.

This property has a great location and very friendly staff, but it needs a lot of maintenance work and the cleaning it’s very poor. When I arrived Front Desk accidentally gave my suite to a different guest that shared my name, which wasn’t a big deal for me since I work in the industry and understand that mistake happens, but what was unacceptable was that when they got to move the guest and make the room “available” for us the room wasn’t tidy enough, dirty floors, hair all over, windows and mirrors dirty, not coffee, dirty coffee cup and an used ashtray in the balcony. By dinner time, I went to front desk and requested housekeeping to be send to the room while we were out, they went to the room, but again did a poor job, floor were still dirty and ashtray still in the place it looks like they didn’t open the balcony doors, because there was also plenty of sand on the floors when we arrived, the mirrors and glass were not touch at all. After that I didn’t want to complain again because I didn’t trust that they were going to do it right on a third time, so me and my husband cleaned what we were going to use and move on. About the maintenance part, the balcony door didn’t locked and a light was out and the overall balcony needs attention, the bars since to be a little lose.
