We absolutely loved our time here. Our biggest complaint was that on our last day, someone showed up with two rowdy young boys (kids) and let them swim in the pool. This is supposed to be an adults only resort, which is one of the main reasons we chose this resort, so it was highly annoying to see some noisy and rambunctious little kids there. Thankfully it was only an hour that we saw them, but still unacceptable for somewhere advertised as adults-only. I would expect to see no children at an adults only resort.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pools are fantastic, and the sunsets from the property are absolutely breathtaking—some of the best we’ve seen on our travels. The entertainment options were enjoyable and varied, which added to the overall vibe of the place. The staff were generally polite, smiling, and welcoming. However, the hotel falls short of a true 4-star experience. One major issue we encountered was with my wife’s vegetarian dietary requirements. On the first day, we informed the reception, and they noted it against our room number, but that was the extent of their effort. On multiple occasions, there were hardly any vegetarian options at dinner- fries, grilled tomatoes, and boiled carrots do not qualify as a proper meal, especially at £200+ per night. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like we were begging for suitable food every evening. Another drawback was the language barrier. Very few staff members spoke English, which made communication challenging at times. Overall, while the setting and some aspects of the hotel were great, the lack of attention to dietary needs and the language difficulties left us disappointed. This hotel has potential but needs to improve to truly justify its price and star rating.
