HM Alma de Bayahibe - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Excelente, muy bueno para ir pareja, estoy acostumbrada a ir a resorts grande, pero este pequeño cumplió todas mis expectativas y mucho más Comida muy buena, habitaciones limpiar y el servicio 1A !

The property and the outdoor areas were absolutely beautiful — from the well-maintained pools, gardens, and walkways to the inviting bars, restaurants, and seating areas. Everything was pristine and thoughtfully cared for. Very well planned out property. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. That said, there were a couple of areas for improvement. The hotel room didn’t quite meet expectations — it could have been cleaner, room fresheners could be used and better maintained. Additionally, there was a lack of allergen information on the food, which made dining a bit challenging. More vegetarian options for lunch and dinner would also be a welcome addition. Aside from these points, the service and overall experience were excellent. I’d definitely recommend this resort for its ambience and hospitality.

The food was good, not exceptional , same almost daily. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly. The front desk was excellent and very helpful.

We had a great time!!

No beach at property but and snorkeling and beautiful views. And a shuttle to the beach that was very prompt and regular. Food was fine but nothing special. It was a quiet and relaxing resort.

I loved the peace and quiet at the resort as well as the action to both beaches on both sides of the resort

The property has a very nice outdoor space with very feiendly staff. The effect of the pools being alongside the ocean is amazing! The food was average. There were not enough activities during the day. Overall it was a great experience!!

Started hammer drilling wall at 1am, told staff about it they couldnt get the workers to stop. Mini fridge had no watee, asked everyday for water in the mini fridge, still no water the next day

Loved that it was adults only- such a bonus we like a quiet evening most nights and days. 1st - the bars close at 1030pm every night - even before the evening show was over. Food at the buffet was pretty decent, mexican restaurant was delicious, sushi restaurant was disappointing: They got our order wrong, forgot one of our sushi rolls and we waited a LONG TIME for our 2 sushi rolls and tataki we were one of 3 couples in the restaurant. We kept having to remind him that we had an order and had not arrived after half an hour. and then he would disappear. Also- this is a PAY ONLY restaurant - not part of the all inclusive. a couples massage was booked for Sunday of our trip. I showed up early that morning to try and change my reservation from 11 am to 10 am told me she was already booked. I showed up at 10 to 11 and she was massaging someone which I assumed was the 10 am appt. It was not. She stated to me that I was the 10 am person, she added this person at 15 minutes to 11 knowing she had an appointment at 11 - which is unacceptable for the cost of the non RMT massage. I tapped my foot outside, wandered around, chatted with people right beside stating i was waiting for my 11 am massage. I waited and waited. massage did not start untill 1130- my spouses appt was for noon- it was late too as a result. Then she was ALL about the payment. the lobby stated massge first, payment later. Wrong. Very frustrating. Vomiting my whole first day
