Very clean, amazing service, staff wonderful, 7mins walk to Haram, supermarket & restaurant nearby.. Recommend it to all.

Really high standard, staff were professional and helpful, the room has an excellent modern design, good WiFi, and all the usual bits and bobs in the room that you would expect from a hotel like a safe, toiletries, a good shower (which I've learned you can't take for granted), mini fridge, bottles of water, kettle and cups. It's located an easy 5 minute walk from masjid nabawi's gate 310 and masjid quba is walkable too (though there are careem bikes available that help a lot)

The pictures of this hotel are very deceiving. The outdoor space does not exist and asked reception, they said “it’s fake” i.e. they uploaded a picture that is not real. Rooms are so small you have no space to even get changed/change your clothes. The ‘service’ from staff is non-existent. The shower was making a screaming noise, definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing, only good thing was the hotel was close to Gate 310 of the Masjid.

Clean hotel with great service (as long as you're polite and respectful - you got to show respect to get it in return). Slight delay with check in but it was very busy day for them with huge groups arriving and departing which can be tough to manage for the staff. Service was good from the ladies at reception (esp Ghadi and the gentleman in the suit) to the housekeeping and the porters. Location is 6-8 mins walk to Masjid Al Nawabi, which was fine for us. Great stay overall - keep up the high standards and value for money.

立地、建物は、とても良いです。預言者のモスクが近いです。３日滞在だと何回も言ってるのにチェクアウト連絡してきたり毎日部屋の掃除しないのでお願いしてロビーで待ってると掃除できてない。 報告、連絡が苦手かもしれません。 せっかく立地良くても、スタッフが育ってない様子でした。
