The hotel is very clean and the staff very kind and helpful. Ms Galia the manager is very supportive and responsive. I will stay again when go to Medina in future. Thank you very much

"Solid Hotel Walking Distance from Masjid!"

Allowed us to check-in early since we arrived the morning of our stay. In the meantime they were able to check our luggage in while we walked around the area. 10-15 min walk to Masjid an Nabawi, if you leave during adhan you can get to the masjid with time to spare!

My room was too small for three people. Flies in my bathroom. I asked the cleaner and the reception twice in order to clean my room but it wasn’t done. The cleaning wasn’t done properly when I got my room. I will not go back. The breakfast is average not good for me.

Todo en orden con la propiedad: la ubicación, limpieza, atención, la comida, todo excelente. Lo único malo es que recuerdo que se ofrece estacionamiento sin costo y al llegar te informan que si tiene pago, o bien, que dejes el auto en la calle (aclaro que es seguro el exterior y no hubo mayor problema)
