Overall the the location and hotel is awesome.

Due to some mishap with the food , the front desk did not charge me for food at all

Great place to stay, location is great, interior is great, staff is friendly, beds are comfortable. Rooms are decent sized. Overall just about perfect place to stay for a great price in Madinah. Lots of shopping outlets in front and around the hotel. Unfortunately, I got sick and didnt get chance to try the breakfast. Although it looked great.

Excellent hotel and customer service. Great location near to masjid al haram. Only issue was that the rooms were very small which should be considered if staying with family..

Je trouve l’hôtel cher au vu des services proposés. La navette n’est pas ponctuelle et pas récurrente alors qu’il y a un planning établi. Ma mère a du attendre 1h au soleil et le chauffeur n’est pas venu. Nous avons réclamés plusieurs fois concernant des problèmes de plomberie mais le problème n’a pas été solutionné. Enfin le ménage complet n’est pas systématique . Pour qu’ils passent l’aspirateur il faut leur demander. Le + c’est qu’il est proche de la mosquée 6 à 8 minutes à pieds.

From start to finish the hotel and more importantly the staff were amazing very polite and friendly the house keeping was spot on with fresh towels tea coffee and bottled water topped up daily. The hotel was extremely clean and ideally located close to many fast food restaurants and more importantly a no frills curry house only five minutes away. I was there for my Umrah and found the hotel to be in a very safe clean area where you could walk around anytime of the day and feel comfortable (Even though Madina is the safest city to visit)

My stay was very good in this hotel. The room is very clean, the room look new. if i come back in medinah i will come back in this hotel inshaAllah. Special thanks to roman his was very helpful and respectful.

I’d like to say that the As’saafa hotel is one of my favorite places I’ve visited in my life Modern, quite, clean, special the room and when it comes to sleeping time and how much you go in deep sleep that’s when you talk As’saafa hotel .
