Incredible Christmas experience. The grounds are incredible, and the staff is amazing. The room was spacious, and the train car restaurant was amazing. Expensive but once-in-a-lifetime splurge. You won't be disappointed.

We enjoyed the ambience in the hotel. Comfortable bedrooms, relaxing resident’s lounge, great dining options. Our bedroom was spacious and had lovely views of the lake. Best experience was the Spa where Tatiana provided a wonderful relaxing time. Showed she is expert at Hot Stone massage.

The most amazingly beautiful hotel with WORLD class service! This was our first stop on our 2 week Ireland trip and we were in heaven! The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed Raed who served the afternoon tea. He was so kind, full of knowledge and accomodating! The hotel is beautiful and decorated perfectly for Christmas. They went out of their way to help make everything perfect! We got in late for the afternoon tea but set up a private room for us anyway and took care of making sure it was all perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. The hotel and grounds have many other amenities like bikes, golf, falconry, and fishing options. I wish we could try them all.

Our family stayed there to celebrate my husbands birthday. We dined in The Pullman Restaurant. No a la carte menu. Tasting menu €130.00. The meal was very average and way overpriced for what you got. Husband ordered a gin and tonic and waiter said ‘would 7up do instead of tonic?’ It gets better, I had paid up front for accommodation as a surprise earlier in the year. My husband did the checking out and not only did they charge him for it but to add insult to injury Charged Twice!! So over €5,000!! When contacted a disinterested receptionist said she would refer it to accounts. Again I had to email to get a reply. It is nearly sorted (another annoying tale). Will fill you in later. Not one person contacted me in person to apologise or anything. Extremely upsetting.

Well what can I say but excellent from start to finish,the food and service is second to none we really enjoyed the whole experience,we had our dinner in the Pullman on the Friday night and it was an experience from start to finish,everything explained on each course and the wine and service befitting a king.The grounds are lovely for a stroll as well to blow the cobwebs away after dinner.Will definitely be back ,and thank you to the staff for Making so welcome.

Afternoon tea at Glenlo Abby was amazing! Great food and great service. Mr. Raed was an incredible host. His knowledge of the different teas presented was excellent. He was very attentive and responsive to our needs and always with a big smile.

Fabulous experience for afternoon tea. Nice calm and relaxing ambiance. Lovely selection of tea from all around the world. Would highly recommend the mulled wine. Thank you to Raed and Tymar for their lovely service.
