Incredible experience staying at BROQ, the food was incredible, the bed was huge and very comfortable, very hot water, and not to mention the jaw dropping views. The staff go above and beyond beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be

Location was quite remote which was both a good and a bad thing as you need 20 mins to drive up the switchback roads to get to there… then when your there the view over the skardu valley is stunning! But remote

The quality and services were good compared to the majority of the hotels in Pakistan - however for the prices were very aspirational - we paid Serena prices - and I am not sure we got Serena level service or quality.

Honestly amazing place to stay, clean and the view is amazing. The kitchen serves top notch food - the fries and sauce especially were amazing

The location is a bit far from the main city but to be fair all excursions are far away

It's almost surreal looking through the window. It's truly a magical place

Everything about this place is spectacular. The views, very welcoming staff and clean and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend.

These are just minor things. We would have liked more options for breakfast and we found food portions quite small. AC instead of fan would be lovely- we found the fan very noisy

Drive to property is on single track dirt road on mountain side. Very scary. Electricity in our room went out when we used hairdryer bc staff did not tell us that rooms are running on ups. Our whole room was without electricity the whole night. My medical devices needed to sleep could not run. They would run generator intermittently. Our devices did not charge. Was very unhappy with the situation that could have been avoided if staff had given us instructions or placed notice in room.
