BROQ

it is well designed and situated on the middle of the mountain where you can overlook the skardu valley.. the cold desert, river and lots of lovely trees. quite a view. the room fairly big enough for a few days stay, with nice small sofa and a big bed, the washroom also nice..you wont expect too much from a place which doesnt seems like to have a nice hotel like this.

cannot say dislike, just need to improve the power stability.. i understood that it is already a challanging work to provide power all day long, however, the power voltage is not stable, and my charger is a bit sensitive, so i had problem charging my electric devices.. however, this is a common problem in whole Gilgit, the power probably provided by Hydro Station, which in winter time due to shortage of water flow, the Station will deliverately lower the output voltage so that the high power consuming device might not to work properly to reduce the power burden on the grid.. but if the hotel can do sth to improve, that would be very nice.

Everything was more than excellent . Specialy the rooms giving both kind of vibes . From outside nature peace and from inside boosted with all kind of facilities that u cant expect from that kind of location the internet was good the heat was good the view was good . The staff was 1000 out of 1000 . Specialy the reception guy Sir Sajid was excellent throughout our stay . They help us with everything , everytime and in everyway . Even they help us at the airport till boarding .

We had a great experience at BROQ resort in Skardu. Upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh apricot juice. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food was great. What I loved the most is that they personalize the rooms for you, they had a picture of my husband and I on the bedside table and we would get greeted with hand written notes upon our return. The rooms are clean and the view was incredible. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend visiting BROQ resort in Skardu.

The Wi-Fi could have been better. Did not get signals all the time and would disconnect.
