breathtaking view from the property. it’s high up the mountain with few rooms, all situated in a way to give amazing views of the value. Staff is exceptional. Breakfast is simple with only three options however it is good. Facility is very beautiful and nice to walk around but small.

getting to the property can be challenging it is high up the mountain with unpaved roads that require a 4X4 to get to. Since there is nothing around and it is hard to get up and down from the property, it can be difficult to get things if you need them, you have to plan your day so when you get to the property, you don’t have to leave again.

The food was average. Would recommend local cuisine rather than continental

Comfortable rooms on the hillside with stunning views. Wifi was stable, there was hot water, and beds were very soft. We had booked for 3 nights but were shifted out for the 3rd night as the property had a huge booking to accommodate. However, service recovery was very well done, with the owner finding us an equally comfortable place to stay in Skardu on the 3rd night and covering our airport drop-off after check out.

The property is on top of a very steep slope and you will need your own transport to get to the place. It is recommended to use a 4x4 as our Toyota Hiace got stuck on the ascent and descent multiple times. The remote location, while peaceful, also means you will have to depend on the accommodation for all food and water if you don't have your own transport.

The hotel's view is magical. We were greeted very warmly as soon as we entered. Mr. Syed Ali seamlessly handled our reservations and made sure we were well looked after. There was a slight issue with the heating but it was sorted swiftly by the professional staff. The entire staff was friendly and great. We were here for 3 days but we extended it. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. A must visit for sure. A big shout out to the entire staff and the owner for checking on us if we were having a comfortable stay.

Liked everything.

The VIEW from our room, which had a massive window, was stunning. The room had a chair and sofa in addition to the bed, so we could hang out and drink tea while enjoying the view and watching birds. I was surprised that in this location on a mountain in Skardu we had great internet, space heaters, and hot water. The food at the restaurant was good, too. I'm vegan and I was able to eat.

The road leading to the property triggered my anxiety. It is steep with lots of switch-backs. Totally worth it for the views from the property, though.

Look, it’s the mountains of Pakistan so take this with a grain of salt, but hot water could improve as well as wifi, but didn’t detract from the overall experience

The food in restaurant need to add more local courses The electricity it’s off time to time The heater in room quite hard to use and it’s switch off when the electricity shot down The hotel needs more rods bord leading to the location because can be quite issue to find it for first time visitors
