Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu Naxal by IHG

I was enjoying the view at their roof top bar and mentioned to our server Parbati that I would be having a birthday the next day. She had the hotel staff prepare a cake that had my name on it and they sang to me at breakfast the next morning. The staff there is simply amazing. There was also a gentleman named Andy that helped us as well. We really are having a blast at Kathmandu at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly. We will certainly return to this hotel since it’s very new and clean.

I thought the hospitality was superior. The food was incredible! I loved everything about my stay!

This place was exceptionally clean and bright. There were quite a few people staying there so it had a nice "bustle" to it. The staff did all they could to help us despite our language gap. Moments after we arrived, we received a "fruit plate" compliments of the establishment.

The bed, the couch ...everything was hard! It was a challenge to get comfortable.

Enjoyed the stay.

The location of the property is ideal. It is close to the Temple, Shopping areas and other sight seeing places in Kathmandu. Dining options in the hotel and the surrounding areas are good

Good ambience. Service was fantastic. Good selection of food across various cuisines. Will be more than satisfactory for most people.

I stayed here for more than a week and was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s exceptionally attentive hospitality. Manisha and Parvati, in particular, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They seemed to anticipate my needs even before I asked — it was like they could read my mind! Kudos to these superstars. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. I’ll definitely be coming back!
