I loved everything of this hotel The room , bed and the pillows were so comfortable. The service was so nice and helpful Their behavior was so sweet and nice And the food was so tasty and amazing Very Special thanks to miss'manisha For helping us ❤️ And she was Soo sweet and nice ☺️ And we are really grateful for her and her care to us But I will love visit this hotel again ❤️❤️

I had an amazing time at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hospitality was outstanding—every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive. The management was especially kind and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I truly felt at home, which made my experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine care and service these days. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return in the future.

Sabin Phuyal, the chef af their restaurant was really great. His cookings are all delicious. I love the mutton biryani and the chicken drums of heaven. They allowed to dine at their restaurant even at midnight instead of room dining. Staff at the restaurants are friendly, but some girls in the reception are not, their looks are quite intimidating at times, maybe because I am a girl, they just smile often to men haha. No kidding, it’s true.

It’s was second visit in holiday inn express really very thoughtful as usual . Room is very cozy and the breakfast is so good many varieties especially dosa is highly recommed .manisha,prabhesh, Parvati they too good.

Very nice and clean hotel with excellent services. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties. I enjoy the time here very much and will definitely come back to this hotel. All staffs are good especially Parbati, Anil, Apurva, Onoon and Bikram and all staffs at the Reception.

It was a great experience at holidayinn express it was a first visit, food ans service was a top not Prabesh Usha was taken care of very well and food was delicious.

The overall my stay in holiday inn express is so amazing.especially hospitality is too good manisha, amer they were so excellent and genuine.breakfast is so good and good choice. hope to come again soon .

The Hotel has the best staffs with great hospitality. Manisha and Parvati served us with great hospitality and services. They accomodated our unusual request of steaming a locally bought corn. The Manager Bikram was equally helpful. The room was new and the stay was very pleasant.
