I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Holiday Inn Express, Naxal. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, helpful, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The quality of service is exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort. The food was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or a quick snack, everything tasted great and was presented with care. Overall, the combination of excellent accommodation, great service, and a dedicated staff team created an experience I will never forget. Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu, Tangal. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, with both dine-in and grab-and-go options. Great location — close to everything yet peaceful. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay in the city. Rojan from front office was really helpful.
