Sonder at Skyline

Everything you would expect from an apartment. I wish they provided basics such as salt and pepper in the kitchen but overall, we had what we needed. The check in however was a nightmare. Having completely self check in with no employees on site made it difficult when our room code was not working. We had to sit on the phone with the customer service for 45 minutes attempting to get in the room. Once we were past that initial difficulty, the 5 day stay was great. While there is a code provided for the main downstairs entrance, it is unlocked 24/7. Safety wise, some may not want to stay here for that reason.

The smoke detector went off the last night of our stay. We think it was a low battery in the detector but we are not sure. It was after we got back from a concert so there was no one to contact. We didn’t get much sleep.

Great location easy to get to, nice neighborhood Hot tub jets not working, but water was warm

I arrived at 3:20, but did not get access to the room until 4pm (their checkin time). Did not like the check in experience, i sent a question to see if i could access the rooms 30 min easier but never/didn't get a reply.

Check in was terrible, no designated parking for check in, so had to hunt for parking space on street then haul luggage to front door. No mention of parking garage on app, then of course the additional cost of garage parking. Once inside it was very nice, but the parking situation is a deal killer for us, no more stays with this group.

Sehr schöne und saubere Apartments. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Es war alles vorhanden, es gab einen Pool und eine coole Outdoor Area zum Grillen und Spielen. Der Weg in die Stadt war optimal entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto.

Great location, friendly and eager to help staff. Desperately need black out shades for more privacy throughout all the windows, and it was a huge negative not having a TV in the bedroom.
