Clean & quiet, beautiful apartment & courtyard area

Check in and parking was confusing

Spacious modern apartment in a very good location. Rooms were clean and well apportioned. Lovely shared facilities and courtyard. Plenty of street parking and a garage (extra).

Some worn furniture, elevator not completely operational.

First off, the place is a bit confusing. There is multiple entrances and it is 2 different condos. Once I figured that out, the parking on the street says no parking. Everyone is parked o. the street though, so that was fine. Just a bit nervous that we were going to get towed. Then the App. Luckily I took snapshots of the codes and instructions because when we arrive, the App wouldn't work. The room was good size and clean. The lighting in the main kitchen/living room was way too bright. Needs a dimmer. Our AC duct in the bedroom was rattling like crazy. Overall it was a nice stay and location was great.

Great location, very cozy and comfortable apartment. We will come back. This is my second time staying at a Sonders. I love the concept.

I was charged twice for my room even though we had booked and paid with hotels . Com . It was not fixed until the last day of our stay . The staff were most apologetic and tried their best to get this fixed but this charge maxed out my credit card so vey stressful . Without the help of the staff at the hotel do not think this would have been fixed . Ryan and Sonder helped resolve the issue but took a long time for Marriott to fix .

Loved the one bedroom with full size appliances in the kitchenette. Nice large bathroom too. Great amenities...nice pool, hot tub, courtyard with seating and games.

Beautiful big suite for a reasonable price. Full kitchen and laundry, if you need it. Very quiet and comfortable. Good location, walkable to some things in the Highland area. Parking is a little tough, and expensive in the garage, though. Sonder does make you jump through some hoops when you book, but once you figure it out and get your room code, it's all good.
