Sonder at Skyline

Clean, convenient and well stocked for a multi-day stay. I guess the most positive comment is that we would definitely book this property again.

The property is very clean and nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that was bothering was the parking.

Sonder property was easy to access via the app. Very clean and a very nice view to the Denver area. We were very close to the high mile stadium and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Absolutely trash. Do not stay here or try to book. App doesn’t work, customer success can’t help, you will never actually get in a room. Just do a hotel or airbnb, idk whatever this is, isn’t it. Owned by Marriott you would think they would have a system for this kind of thing

I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms and AirBNBs, this experience was among the worst of my life. Getting help with anything is an endless loop of circular references with a call center just pinging me via text constantly, even after check out. Nothing was done to remedy an issue where there was first a flood (I was asked "did you mop up the water" when I called to report,) and then a consistent beeping from the overheating fridge that occurred every 28 seconds. BTW, An annoying amount of time for a beep...like waiting for a hiccup. I did all the things, called the 866 number (call center) / met a human person / chatted (call center) via text with literally no one able to help. I was told via text that the problem was solved - returned back after dinner and a long travel day at 10 pm and - shocker - it wasn't. I told them I checked out and that it was a bad experience and continued to get text message such as "how can I help," and "can you tell me where the beeping is coming from" for 8 hours after I had checked out. (Also alll of the information was literally in the text message history with the call center.) I ended up having to physically move the fridge myself and unplug it at 11 pm because it was so loud and I could hear the beeps while I was in the bedroom with the door closed AND WEARING EARPLUGS. No iron/ironing board/extra blankets in the room. I will never stay in a Sonder again and can't believe Marriott would partner with such a company. 0 stars.

It was close to Empower field for concert. It was modern.

It wasn't very clean, found a cockroach crawling on floor in kitchen when we. arrived back to hotel from a trip to store and turned liight on. Pull out spring coils were poking through mattress, and kids were VERY uncomfortable. Dryer sounds like drum is going to fall out of it. Light in room worked when it wanted to. Pull out couch cushions were stained. could use a very deep cleaning under stuff. Wall in hallway has smears of something on it, you can see smears better when light comes through windows. Lastly a bloody something if on closet door iin main room, and is still there because I'm not touching it.

Top Lage. Grosszügiges Apartment. Freundliche Staff. Waschmitteltabs standen gratis zur Verfügung.

Ein Wäscheständer wäre gut gewesen.

Place was amazing. Proximity to the stadium was a plus!!

I kept getting lost. Different elevators lead to different places.
