・エアコンから水が漏れて部屋の床や部屋の入り口に大量の水たまりができて困った、キャリーケースを開ける場所にも困った、部屋を出て入り口すぐに水たまりで足が濡れた ・スタッフが非常に怠惰。フロントで質問してもtiktokをみていたりスマホゲームをしていてまともに取り合ってくれない ・空港に行くため15:00にトゥクトゥクを呼んでと約束したが、指定の時間に宿に戻っても手配していなかったし謝罪もない。今から呼ぶと言われてきたのかバイクだったので、空港のターミナルまで行けず、バイクを停車させてそこからあるくはめになった。 ・wifiが弱すぎて部屋で使えなかった ・タオルは言わないとくれないし貰ったものは少し濡れてて不快だった - The air conditioner leaked water, creating large puddles on the floor and at the entrance to the room, which was a real problem. It was also difficult to find a place to open my suitcase. My feet got wet in a puddle right at the entrance when I left the room. - The staff were extremely lazy. When I asked questions at the front desk, they were watching TikTok or playing smartphone games and didn't take me seriously. - They promised to call a tuk-tuk for me to go to the airport at 3:00 PM, but when I returned at the appointed time, it hadn't been arranged and there was no apology. They told me they were going to call one, so I was on a motorbike, and I couldn't get to the airport terminal, so I had to park it and walk from there. - The Wi-Fi was too weak to use in the room. - Towels were provided only after I asked, and the one I was given was a little wet and uncomfortable.

The accomodation was outdated and very poor hygine.

Rooms untidy. Floor tiles loose and unsafe to walk on.

Location is close to tourist attractions and night market.

Breakfast was terrible! Same breakfast for 3 days straight and just one sausage per person. Fruits were not fresh and seemed frozen. Wi-Fi was very slow and did not work from 10pm to next day morning on two nights out of our three nights stay. The phone in the room doesn’t work and reception WhatsApp is not active and hence cannot be contacted when needed. Cleaning was not done daily and was done only when requested. The lights in the room were dim. On the last day we asked for breakfast to be packed as we had to check out at 7 am. It was agreed but next morning breakfast was not ready and we were told it cannot be packed. This caused us delay in reaching the airport. There is no power back up and there was power outage on one evening. The room was on 2nd floor and stairs were steep. This wasn’t mentioned in the description. Floor has tiles making noise whenever you walk in the room. No kettle provided for hot water as mentioned. Major improvements are needed in the facilities as highlighted above. All in all we left disappointed. Not at all value for money.

Staff were amazing! So helpful especially Eddie! Room was cleaned daily and air con was great ( stayed on 3rd floor)

The location is good… property gives historical vibe and the bedroom gives vibe that complements Zanzibar.

Breakfast is very poor. Need improvement. WiFi is not good.

Beds was comfortable. Aircon worked perfectly. Water was nice and hot. Eddy at the reception was very helpful.. Good value for money..
