I was hoping to have a view of the city, but i guess the deisgn doesn't allow.
INbreak fast was just bread omelete wit slice of fruit. No water heater/ kettle in the room. No drinking water glass in the room. AC remote battery was weak. Apart from soap, no other toileteiris in the bathroom.

where to start... I booked my accommodation with transport to and from the airport. when I landed, no body was waiting for me, after several attempts a rude person from the hotel finally picked up the phone, it took 3 more calls to finally told me to take a taxi that they will pay at the hotel, which took 20 min just to process the payment and of course, the driver didn;t allow me to go anywhere until he got his money. The day I left, and after several reminders to the front desk lady, my transport to the airport was not arranged (1am flight). It took 30 minutes for the person on the night shift to find a tuk tuk (they were trying to get a cheaper price, so they didn't send me in a taxi) to take me to the airport with all my luggage. to make it even better, tuk-tuks are not allowed to go into the airport, so I had to walk 2 blocks at midnight with all my bags. This is on top of the arrogant attitude of the front desk lady, who only laughed when I was complaining about the transport issues. The room was a mess, no ventilation at all in the toilet, a fan that hardly moved and the aircon was about to die. The fridge provided was only rust, completely unsuitable to put any food in. In addition, the room's door didn't lock, an issue that was communicated, but no solution was provided; luckily, nothing happened to my belongings. I tried to get a tour with the hotel from one of the flyers they had, and the hotel didn't know who the operator was or how to contact them. The sector the hotel is in is 15 minutes walking from any interesting place, too close to a market, so you can imagine the smells. After having visited 11 countries in Africa, I can say with no hesitation that this is the worst place I've stayed.
PLThe linen and towel were clean, AC working fine. Shower was also ok.
No towel in the room (I had to ask). Water in a tap barely leaking. 15 min before brekfast ends, there was already nobody there so I had no brekfast. Generally the stuff not much cares about guests, my impression.

Power cuts, very inefficient air conditioning. When the power cuts the water also cuts. Please serve water with breakfast.
