Abbey Apartments by Barsala

Everything was ok but the kitchen needed attention. My review will be specifically about the unit 202 because I really think it can be a lot better and I don’t want to talk about other apartments if I haven’t been there. The kitchen has the absolute minimum. There was no salt or pepper, cloths, detergent, the dishwasher was broken, I called about it but no one came to fix it. The pots didn’t have leads, they left only 2 toilet papers for a stay of over 3 days. Only 2 towels. I admit that we stayed during holidays but that doesn’t mean the property could use a hit more love and attention. If you are renting an apartment to expect certain things to be there. I hope they can fix this because the apartment has a lot of potential.

Great location and new construction. Stayed in 1 bedroom condo suite. Building entry, keys to unit accessible via code access upon arrival - super convenient if arriving late. Property is near historic Westside Market and Ohio City, great restaurants and bars close by. Also short drive to downtown Cleveland including the sports arenas, Rock n Roll HOF and Lake Erie. Will definitely stay here next trip to Ctown

The apartment was beautiful and we would definitely stay there again. Very clean, Quiet and convenient to Cleveland for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Museums, Jacks casino and downtown Cleveland. Thank You

We can't wait to stay with them again. Very attentive and such an easy fluid process. The staff was amazing. We look forward to future visits.

I really liked the property. It was beautiful. Would have liked a bigger option of cooking utensils (like a sharp knife) and possibly liquid hand soap, but that was a minor concern. Look forward to staying again soon!

I like that it was quiet, spacious and new. I did not like some areas that were not cleaned properly.
