This was a great location, quiet and clean!! Better than traditional hotel! No smoke smell no marijuana and very quiet.

Ten days stay. No cleaning service at all. On my departure they charged me extra (taken without permission from the deposit) saying that it was a “cleaning fee”. Thieves!

Noisy sound like a pipe or dragging across the floor at night. Unsure what the sounds were.

Given that it is in a bar district. It was noisy at times in the hallway of our room late at night. The room itself was clean and functional. As far as amenities it would be nice to have a coffee maker. Overall the place was decent and the neighborhood offers a lot of options

I appreciate the low-cost option of this property and its location. The room was small but had everything we needed. However, we were on the second floor directly above the night club and the thumping of the music kept us awake. Also, the entryway was dirty and smelled bad.

This hotel is in a lovely part of town, easily accessible to many restaurants, stores, public transportation, and a short walk to the rivers edge. The hotel itself was lovely. My room was quite small, but that was not a problem especially with the beautiful lobby space downstairs. The kitchen was also clean and well organized. I would definitely return!

Amazing location! Easy to get around Chicago from this location. Beds extremely comfortable. Only negative was some noise throughout the night that woke me up 2 - 3X. Bed was so comfortable though so I fell back asleep right away.

After all my travels, finally a perfect room. Tiny and great with everything i needed. No need to pay for a spacious room that your only going to sleep in. Clean, tidy, comfortable.

The proper expectations were not set by Experian, the hotel or pictures on web site. I did not receive a check in code from Experian and did not realize the check-in needed to be done from a computer larger than a phone. Couldn't get into building without code and spent 45 minutes on the line with your rep. over riding systems to get in. No-one mans the front desk. Lobby pictures nice but provide deceiving expectations. Then found that it is a minimalist hotel room (like a small dorm room). King size bed frame with a queen size mattress and no box spring. had to climb over bed to get in. My foot got stuck between bed and wall. No closet, desk, couch as room to small. chair broke when I sat down, and I went flying. There is no parking available near property and since there is no one at front desk web sites are provided to search for one. Tried one lot and was told by a local it was so near to freeway entrance that they wouldn't leave a car there overnight. Night light shines directly into bed and cannot be turned off. I like to sleep in the dark. Room was clean. When chair broke Sonder staff came quickly to replace it and Rep on phone was very patient helping me to get checked in. The stay could have been all right if I had been prepared for check-in, lack of parking and size of room.
