Breakfast was very nice

Noisy toilet, but nothing that kept me awake

Easy and relatively secure parking Friendly and polite staff

Our evening meal was nice but we had to wait ages for it to arrive. We were fortunate to dine early as people arriving after us were told that numerous items were no longer available, including standard items such as burgers - I saw one person from a group booking leave as they felt there was nothing available they wanted. It did not improve when we turned up for breakfast as they were out of granola, and had no milk, so we were given sachets of UHT - again we had to wait 45 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. The bread used for toast was nice quality though. We didn't stay for breakfast on the second day because of the previous day's experience. We stayed 2 nights, so left damp towels to dry in the bathroom, but found the cleaner who serviced our room had rolled them up and placed them in our bedroom while they were still damp so they were not dry when we came back in the evening.

Amazing location to Leeds Castle and I would say another 25 minutes onto Ashford Designer Outlet. Rooms are clean, cosy and all fitted with modern fixings. Free parking is great too. Staff were really friendly too and we're very helpful if we asked for anything. Food was amazing too, we had breakfast, fish and chips and a Sunday roast at the Windmill and honestly could not fault anything.

The only thing I would say is bring some earplugs for sleep, the walls and floor are pretty thin and appreciate the age of the building but that did catch us out.

Liked all about the place heritage and good food.

Only negative was in the room it was cold. No heating in the bedroom

Excellent breakfast, venue and service.

Could not connect to the internet in my room (The Gatehouse). Steps to the room made it quite difficult to manage my luggage but a member of the kitchen staff kindly assisted.

Wir waren schon einige Male im Windmill. Schöne, gemütliche englische Locatin. Essen und Trinken ist gut. Die Zimmer sind alt, wie das Haus ist, aber schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Gerne wieder👍.
