Maverick Suites at 89 Marion

Overall very clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet location.

Liked that is a sustainable community. Did not like the comunication of maverick Suites nor the 300 dollars that I had to pay. They did not communicate after the stay about the fund.

Beyond pleased with my stay here! I would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed in unit #33. Building is secure, neighborhood feels super safe. We got in around 2A and didn't have any hesitation to walk the 0.3 miles to the property. Our room was small but doable for 2 people. The only thing I would've liked is a discount for the marriot parking garage since there wasn't parking available at the property.

We really liked how the area was really, really quiet. In the four nights we were there, we didn't see another person in the building. Also, the location we were was just a few blocks away to the subway stop which we used our entire stay. Our unit and the property was super clean. My only complaint was there was no ice machine and I really missed not having ESPN on the TV that was in our room.

Nice room, perfect for our needs. Our room was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable bed with good bedding. There was a beautiful shared kitchen we did not use. We didn’t get the welcome email with code( due to incorrect email) called after midnight and got a call right back to correct. Cheap Uber ride to most places in the city and train was 3 min walk. The only issue we had was last night the person above us slammed around for 2 hours starting at 1a.m. Not sure what that was about but we got little sleep and had to rise at 4am to get our flight. Overall great stay.
