Maverick Suites at 89 Marion

Bed is noisy each time you move. TV was not working but the room was clean and in a nice building in a quiet and convenient location.

We have stayed in 3 different studios at this property. Other ones on 2nd and 3rd floor were great but we were in basement level which I did not know when I booked and the people on floor above us were LOUD nightly not sure doing what but sounded like they were moving or dragging furniture till 10 or 11pm. Also elevator smelled horrific.

Good property in great walkable neighborhood. A little noise from the upstairs people on the floors but all manageable. Highly recommend.

Convenient walking distance to the green line!

The apartment is small, but well appointed. It’s in a great area near Harvard St and Coolidge Corner. Unfortunately the apartment is very noisy, you can hear everything from the apartment above. The only closet is a cheap wobbly wardrobe which is only around 20” wide and had an ironing board and other stuff in it already. Lastly there was a bad smell in the elevator. All fixable.

Quiet, secure location in a nice neighborhood. Close access to restaurants and shops. Very clean. Perfect size. Will stay again.

There was a big bug on the floor. Very fightening. A very traumatic experience. It has been 24 hours since I filed complaints, and the management has not responded to my inquiry.

My stay was good here. It’s a nice alternative to a hotel room. The place was clean and tidy. The area was nice and had some good walkable restaurants. The subway/surface trolley stops right up the street and will get you to downtown Boston in about 25 minutes. The place could use some clear instructions on how to regulate the heat, especially in the bathroom. The windows seem to let a good bit of cold in but the heat never wavers

Basic accommodation, no frills. A little removed from downtown. Near a Trader Joe’s.
