Maverick Suites at 89 Marion

It was in a great location.

No complaints about the accommodation, but assessing a so-called, and exorbitant, "property fee" for one night is outrageous. There was no explanation for what this covers. It amounts to a nuisance fee, and unless it is done away with, I won't be staying here again.

I was unable to get a parking spot with the hotel, but was able to park near by. The hotel has no on site staff- which I really liked. The entrance code was long and sometime took a few times to get it to open. I would stay here again.

Property was very nice, located on a quiet street with a small park steps away from the front door. Very walkable location. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely little apartment with small kithchen area- clean and convenient as we were visiting relatives in Brookline- we had a basement room and were very comfortable 😀

This room was in the basement so that was different but it was clean and modern. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of options to eat. It seemed very safe and “hip”. Overall, it was nice and the price was good considering how expensive other hotels were. Would I stay there again? Given similar circumstances, yes.

Loved the neighborhood with a park across the way and within walking distance from the main road. Also liked the keypad entry to the building AND our room. Felt really safe.

very lovely and high end classy stay with direct access to transportation and walkable to rests and trade joes'. however disappointingly lacked body bath soap!

Quiet, safe and great location near Fenway Park. Will come back.
