Terrible customer service, front desk barely answers the phone i have to call multiple times over hours before someone answers. My calls were answered less than 50%. Or come down from 35th floor to talk to the manager Nelson. Took 2 days to get a broom and 3 days to get a dustpan. Took 2 days to get a comforter it finally arrived 10 hrs before my flight departure. Refrigerator is rusty, oven was dirty, one bedroom the carpet smelled like cat litter. Room was NOT cleaned probably! Terrible dim lighting in bathroom. Takes 10-15mins to get an elevator. 2 pools one pool was good temperature other pool water was so cold! Also i waited in my room for 1 hour waiting for my luggage to be brought up, i called and was told by front desk they forgot to tell bellman! Waiting in my room for 2 hours for towels had to go downstairs and complain to management. Was told by the rude front desk girl that they were delivered left outside my door (she said housekeeping doesnt knock on the door and probably stolen by another guest! Would never stay here again! Not to mention there is NO housekeeping service you have to request it and pay $80/day! Never booked a resort stay like this!!

The building is pretty well maintained. However it was extremely crowded, taking over 10mins to get a ride on the elevator. Valet parking was even worse.

Our room was decent, but there were several inconveniences that impacted our stay. One of the rooms we booked was supposed to have a king bed, as stated in the description, but it did not, which was disappointing. Upon arrival, we also noticed there was no shampoo or body wash provided, and it took several days to receive them after requesting. The wait times for the elevators were frustratingly long due to the limited number available for such a tall building. Be sure to read the property description very carefully, as there were numerous hidden fees that added up quickly and weren’t clearly outlined upfront. Communication with the front desk was difficult, as English was limited and staff were not very helpful. Also worth noting—only two beach chairs are provided per room, regardless of how many guests are staying.

Not worth the price! We stayed at Lyfe Residence for 7 nights in room 3908, and honestly, we were disappointed. We paid a lot of money, yet the toilet never worked the entire stay. Despite requesting maintenance multiple times, it was never fixed, it remained clogged the whole time. This was frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the price we paid. If you’re charging premium rates, basic amenities like a working toilet should be a given. I highly suggest replacing the toilets and improving your maintenance service. Would not stay here again and not recommend it!!!

The view is awesome, the location next to the see, the apartment is beautiful and has all the necessary complements. The Terrazas restaurant is excellent. The swimming pools are really good.

Elevators always busy, wifi work sometimes not well. At the beach we had to wait for towels and beach loungers, they are not enough when is busy.
