Only like it bc I can see both views oceanfront and the bay. Other than that it’s horrible.

Beds in both bedroom were very bad not comfortable at all. It made lots of noises even when u just toss and turn a little. And as tiny as I am. Feel like it’ll drop to the ground. Room 2202

Location

Didn’t experience long wait times with elevators. Check in took a long time. Need to have established lines for Air BnB and Resort. I waited 20 minutes in the Air BnB line just to be told I had to go to the resort side. Could’ve been checked in 10 mins or less if this was established. Valet attempted to open my locked glove box. The top right corner of the glove box was cracked open as if someone attempted to forcefully open it. First couple of times I got car back from valet the AC was on the coldest setting and on full blast. Extremely unprofessional to mess with settings just to move car into parking garage on the same property
