Great location and amenities

Lamentablemente tuvimos una mala experiencia, no nos dieron la habitación por la que pagamos, nos dieron una inferior. Te cobran 190 dólares de limpieza, pero nos encontramos con un sitio sucio. Valet parking a 35 + impuestos por día, no opcional. El lugar en general es bonito, con la playa a 3 minutos.

This is the best condo resort I have been to, very luxurious, lots of staff smiles help greetings and respect. We even had an issue with the washing machine and they worked to immediately relocate us to another room. The ocean view and easy beach access was priceless. The pool was literally mesmerizing, Im not a big fan of pools but this one was great, warm, jacouzi had a city view, pool drinks/food service was readily available. The terraz resturant is a must try. The food is out of this world, must try the grilled octopus if you like sea food. The guests staying at this resort were smiles and respectful. Please don’t look at the bad reviews about resort fees, you pay and you get the quality. Also some people didn’t respect the pool rules and they got offended and wanted to talk to the manager, so they probably will write bad reviews. There were aome reviews about elevator taking long, I stayed on 16th, 31st and 40th floors and had no elevator issues. Yes there’s a bit of a wait but expected. The valley people were beyond amazing, please make sure to tip them well. The spa was available a little pricey but worth it, you can get groupon deals for the spa if available. Kids loved movie night. And I enjoyed yoga and pool zumba. Mostly the beach was so clean, destin style beach green turquoise waters, the beach staff help you get to your two chairs and open umbrellas for you, makes you feel special, please tip them well, they’re amazing. Walmart and many restaurants are so close. The Hollywood beach walk is 11 mins away, there’s a parking garage on garfield 3-4$/hr. The cafe club is a must try for breakfast and brunch. The food is clean organic and yumm. I highly recommend this place, you definitely go home feeling pampered and treated well, I extended another week it was that irresistible. I already sent it to alot of my friends.

I liked everything

This place has been the best place we have gone to by far as a family get away. We definitely will be coming again on our anniversary ❤️

Rude staff, especially in the restaurant. Had to search for someone to wait on us and to bring our tickets to us. 20% gratuity was also added to our bill for our convenience which I do not agree with at all especially with the terrible service. Our arm bands did not work, which wasted a lot of our time trying to get them fixed. A repair man was even sent to our room due to the front desk blaming the door. He rather rudely stated that there is nothing wrong with the door that it is our bands, which then resulted in more time lost going back to the counter to have our bands reset yet again.

Floor wasn’t clean I had to talk to manager. Manager Nelson Parez took care of everything. He was very nice and he understood everything. Otherwise every thing was great. Only one thing is with this place is they need to take care of their Elevator. Only one elevator and very slow one. Some times you wait for 10 to 15 minutes
