"Great location and amenities, a bit too crowded."

Units very comfortable and clean. The view and the fact that you just need to take an elevator to go down to the beach is one if the highlights.

The beach was too crowded, one umbrella too close to the other. Expect some waiting for elevators.

"Very nice apartment and incredible location."

Incredible ocean and city view from 37th floor. Apartment was big enough. Beach access was very good a always available.

Something to improve is the cleaning of the apartment.

"One of the worst accommodations ever"

Hotel staff rude and not helpful On arrival I waited 5 hours to get into my room because it was being cleaned Then we got an unwanted visitor at night without warning Finally, two large tiles fell off the shower and almost killed us. The tiles were not properly glued according to code. Staff took a long time to respond. Vacation ruined but we are lucky we did not get injured

The room and restaurant were good

The pool closed way too early, only one hot tub, not being able to get a luggage cart until 7am, not having beach towels available on Sunday 29 because of windy weather conditions. About the luggage cart, the receptionist I inquired about was rude.

Travelers be aware !!!! this place has more restrictions then I ever seen , staff very Rood , almost half of them don't speak any English. Couldn't enjoy the place with Family because this place is for Party animals. Pool closes at 6 pm , Jacuzzi was shut down for our entire 9 days without any explanation even after filing a complain , nothing was done. Place is dirty, carpets are filthy , furniture broken, dishes are nasty and greasy .Hotel caters more to Restaurant guests the Hotel guests . Sunday they blast music withDJ all day at the pool and don't care about guests . People vomited from balcony and staff didn't even clean it up, after we reported it. BIG TUMPS DOWN, Never coming to this place again.

Only one situation made me feel embarrassed, when I checked in they gave me an excuse to put me in another hotel of theirs, but I didn't accept it and they put me where I had chosen. That's embarrassing.

the location is excellent, the view is amazing!

The apartment is not very clean. The hotel staff is a bit rude. The bed is just awful, very soft! We often found people with alcohol in the elevators and being disrespectful. This hotel is not a good choice for a family trip. special when you have a baby!
