Every thing was great… Property wise.

Front desk staff were rude. Treated us like we were a hassle, more worried about their cell phones than customer care. Make matters worse they charged wrong CC for my stay and took a month to resolve.

We paid for a penthouse and was given a 2bedroom suite and led to think we had a pent house. Half the outlets didn't work, bathrooms dark, overwhelming smell of must, tons of mold. I ended up getting sick which lead to sinus infection and ear infection we left after one night and stayed at hard rock. Upon our arrival front desk fave no instructions ended up in elevator that we couldn't use guest sent us on 9th floor to go threw gym with our luggage to find other elevator, pool was freezing cold and unable to use. Upon our friends arrival they were locked out of room. Security and front desk were arguing over a walkie talkie, no one was answering from security to let her in... once we finally got into their room surprise they had a penthouse that's when we found out we were lied to, very deceptive. I've been calling to be refunded as we didn't get what we paid for and I got sick we had to leave! Rm 3908 mold all in showers, floor moldings lamp shades ect! No response from hotel!

The pool area was lovely- clean, relaxing and good atmosphere

Th AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! The main unit was in our bedroom and was so noisy. It woke us up multiple times each night with such a loud noise

Bad communication from staff. I lost a lot of time dealing with battery down of entry door to the room just the day day of my birthday 09/03

Staff was really wonderful all throughout the property - I was really nervous in the elevator and someone came from security to ride with me - that meant a lot

My stove top didn’t work and the light in the shower was out
