Wonderful location and amazingly decorated. Only concern is that on-site staff were not quick to fix issues with the unit's facilities, though support employees were great with addressing problems. Otherwise, definitely recommend if you're staying in Philly!

Very happy with this aparthotel, just on the outskirts of the city center, good location for a lot of major attractions. Nearby parking was a breeze. Apartment was nicely furnished and in good condition. Very clean. Would be happy to return.

It was nice. Big and spacious.

Beautiful location. Within walking distance of things we wanted to see. Easy access to Metro and Bus line. Beautiful views out the windows. The beds were comfortable. The shower was amazing. Very nicely decorated and furnished

Many maintenance things needed to be updated. The toilet seat was broken and slid when you used it. The soap and shampoo containers were broken off the walls and sitting on the floor. Lots of paint scratches on the wall where people have run into things. That’s not a big deal. Was on the intersection of three very very busy streets that had a lot of drag racing at night time. Obviously this has been an issue in the past as they have white noise machines in the apartments. Helped a lot. Every door in the apartment squeaked. Just needed simple maintenance. I let them know on the chat app that these were issues of the toilet seat was loose and the doors were squeaky. They acknowledged it, but had no reply. What would be done about it.

A very clean and stylish property. Access was very easy and all communication via the App was excellent. The rooftop area is superb

A good central location which unfortunately means the traffic noise is very loud at night.

It was very modern, spotless, and gorgeous finish. It was well equipped with things like basic cleaning stuff, salt and pepper! Small things but that make a big difference when you’re only staying a few days. The shower was fabulous! Great power! Used the gym which was small but had plenty. Loved the rooftop area for a quiet sit in the sun! The ability to leave luggage securely on the day of departure was really helpful and made the last day in Philadelphia much easier!

The windows have a bit of a draft coming through which makes it a little drafty on the chillier evening and also a bit noisy… but ear plugs were provided which was a nice thought.

Nice place to stay. Just super loud and noisy. Not sure we would stay again just because of the noise.

This property had everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated and we had all we needed, including a washing machine which comes in super handy when you have children. Location wise this was very close to the centre and there’s a paid for parking garage next door which is very convenient.
