A prefect stay, I will definitely stay here again if I am coming back to Philadelphia. A very good location, fitness and rooftop made the stay extra good. Everything I needed and more. ❤️

I had two bookings one after another: one for stay during the conference (company card), one for my personal stay (personal card). I contacted the hotel during the „free cancellation“ period to confirm I could stay in the same room for both bookings, they assured me everything would be fine. I made lots plans for the day one booking ended and another one another started. You might have guessed what happened. A couple of days before the second reservation, I learned that I should move to another room. This ruined some of my plans since I had to come back to the hotel in the middle of the day. Without asking me first, they gave me a 100$ compensation to the company card. Of course, I will never get these money (since it is a company card). „Amazing“ compensation. The only good thing was that they arranged late check out and early check in so that I at least don’t have to wait for 5 hours for the new room in the day of moving. It was also very loud in the room due to cars and parties.

The room was very noisy due to the traffic. I understand now why noise canceling ear buds were visible in the room.

Great location being central. Easy to get around on foot. There’s a Giant supermarket nearby, we registered for a Giant card and got the savings on lots of things. Despite others saying it was noisy we didn’t find that and didn’t need to use earplugs although they were provided. The noise was only traffic from the road and didn’t affect our sleep.

We were at the side of the building looking out onto a tall building and car park and found the apartment dark. Our friends were front facing and there’s was nicer and brighter than ours

I was expecting a more equipped kitchen. The knives are partially damaged. The microwave is awkwardly positioned; hard to reach. The dishwasher was inoperable; had stagnant water in it. Chairs and the kitchen table did not look clean. Shower stall in the bathroom is too narrow. Position of the soap bottles on the side wall make the shower stall effectively narrower. It is inconvenient to reach the handle and open the water tap without cold water falling on you as the showerhead is vertically positioned right above. All in all, I was expecting somewhat better for the price tag.

We stayed at a one bed room apartment for a week and totally enjoyed it. The apartment is new, well decorated and clean; there is a small but nice gym on the basement. The neighborhood is a little noisy from the street traffic at night (the windows could use a bit better insulation). Not too many restaurants or shops in the immediate surrounding but we had no problem using Uber to get around. Overall, we really liked it.
